Payment methods and delivery
Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your order. They are shipped via our carrier service provider. You will be contacted by our delivery service to confirm the order. Payment is made on delivery in cash only. Shipping costs are set at 7dt if the order amount is less than 99.9dt. Shipping costs outside Tunisian territory depend on the item ordered and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are set at 7dt if the order amount is less than 99.9td, and are free if the order amount exceeds the amount of 99.9td.

1-Terms of Sales
Each acquisition of a Product made by a Buyer on the novelydesign.com Website under these General Conditions of Sale will hereinafter be referred to as “Order”. The prices, technical descriptions, photos and references of the Products sold by novely appear on its Website.
2-Membership
These conditions of sale are displayed on the Website, where they are freely accessible and define the rights and obligations of the parties when novely sells the Products through its Website. Any Order placed on the Website is governed by these General Conditions of Sale, of which the Buyer declares having read them and accepted the rights and obligations relating thereto.
3- Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between novely and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website. The acquisition of a product through the website implies unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these conditions of sale, of which the Buyer acknowledges having read them prior to his Order. Before any transaction, the Buyer must have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general conditions of sale. Novely retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of the site and the online sales service. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Buyer.
4-Products
The Products offered are those which appear on the website while stocks last. Novely reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. The information mentioned on each product sheet is from the new brand. Novely will do its best to ensure that the representative photos of the products on the website are as faithful as possible to the actual products. However, it is possible that the Buyer’s perception of the product photography does not perfectly correspond to the actual product. In the event of non-conformity of the product delivered to the Buyer, the latter may return it to the Company in accordance with Article 10 hereof.
5-Price
The product prices displayed on the website are prices in Tunisian Dinars and in EUR all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the Order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Novely reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the Order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased depending on the total amount of the Order.
6.Order and payment terms
Before any order, the Buyer must create an account on the novelydesign.com website. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. At each visit, the Buyer, if he wishes to Order or consult his account, contacts us using our contact details clearly written on the site. novelydesign.com offers the Buyer the opportunity to Order and pay for their products with the payment on delivery option; in cash, *~~or with the electronic payment terminal (TPE)~*~ if it is located in greater Tunis. Confirmation of an Order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to rely on one’s own conditions of purchase. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. If the Buyer has an email address and provided it on his order, novely will send him the recording by email. 7.Reservation of title
Novely retains full ownership of the Products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, fees and taxes included.
8.Delivery
The Products purchased are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the Order. In order to optimize delivery, it is recommended to indicate a precise address at which the order can be received during working hours from Monday to Friday. Orders are delivered within 48 working hours on Tunisian territory.

10.Withdrawal and Return

The Buyer has the right to return the Product and obtain a refund or exchange it within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the Products.

The Buyer has a period of 10 working days from the date of receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal on Orders placed either on the Website or through our number: +216 28003361 In this case the Buyer has the right to choose the method of reimbursement (a voucher or a bank transfer) after having carried out the quality control of the item. In the event of a product return, the Buyer can either drop off their Product at the following address: Cité de marche building D4 n°29, Megrine 2033 The Buyer will receive a release in this context. Reimbursement times are 10 working days from the date of receipt of the Product.
2-After-Sales Service
